Agrippa’s Osteria is a Roman restaurant that opened back in 1992, thanks to the idea of our founder, the renowned chef Remo Spoletini, and his son Sandro Spoletini. Our culinary philosophy is based on selecting the finest fresh seasonal ingredients and collaborating with quality suppliers.
For our dishes, both traditional and contemporary, we only choose the best ingredients and suppliers. For instance, when it comes to pasta, we rely on Lagano Pasta Factory, which uses bronze dies to ensure superior quality. Our meat is sourced from pigs raised in Italy with low salt content, to preserve the balance of our preparations.
